Cooking Chicken Breasts

THAW

  1. Place on a dish in the refrigerator and thaw completely. Take out 1 hour before cooking.

BAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sprinkle chicken generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place on roasting pan and roast for 20-25 minutes, until 155°F.

 

    GRILL

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
    2. Brush chicken with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
    3. Grill off direct heat for 15-20 minutes or until 155°F.
